ADUs - Southern California
Our clients goals were to create a space for visiting loved ones and eventually their ageing parents. So working within the buildable area we designed an attached 465 square foot ADU with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Keeping it simple and to blend seamlessly with the existing house was key. The design included having a self contained unit, featuring a full kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. Our client was elated with the final result and cannot wait to share it with visiting family.
